He provides structured management of maintenance personnel, capital planning for all building projects and operating-budget capabilities. Ed thrives in his role due to his ability to see the comprehensive bigger picture broken down into manageable steps that will yield the desired end-goal. Demetrios brings more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate to his role as Construction Manager for Parisi Development. He serves as a skilled adviser to the onsite management teams, providing his unparalleled value engineering and risk mitigation expertise across all phases of development. With an extensive background in office, industrial, multifamily, and retail real estate, Demetrios was responsible for supervising all construction activities for 15+ projects/year in over 125 markets nationwide and overseas, from design, permitting, construction, punch list and cost auditing.
