Tour of Capitol Crossing
July 10, 2018
Approximately 14 hardy folks met on the hottest day of the
summer to check in on the progress of one of the largest real
estate construction undertakings in DC – Capitol Crossing. The
tour was led by Ted Hallinan, Vice President for Development
and Joey Shoemaker, Project Manager at Property Group
Partners (PGP), and was accompanied by Balfour Beatty, the
general contractor working on the project.
Participants donned hardhats and safety vests to explore
the seven-acre construction zone, parts of which are nearing
