The special taxation regime for agricultural producers (VAT accumulation) is under threat of cancellation according to the conditions of the memorandum of cooperation with the International Monetary Fund.
This special regime secures considerable support for producers and possible cancellation thereof will require the development of new approaches to the state policy of support for agriculture in the future.
