“Been to Costa Messa on N. 10th Street numerous times and it always seems to be busy (wait times are usually minimal). This restaurant is consistently one of the best “Tex-Mex” in the area. The food is equalled only by the service. Literally everything we have tried on their extensive menu has been perfectly prepared, even when we ask for modifications or additions. Definitely a “go to” restaurant in McAllen!”
