2020 SPEEDHORSE DERBY TRIALS
Trial #1
Race #2 – Chicks With Coronas (#6) broke sixth and had a late surge to win by a neck for the fastest qualifying time. Cajun King (#3) broke on top but was caught at the wire and finished second with the second fastest qualifying time. NSM Ice Angel (#5) finished third for the third fastest time, followed by Nice Socks Ms Hocks (#4) in fourth who took the final qualifying time.
Trial #2 (Not Pictured)
Race #3 – Valiant Memorie (#7) broke on top from the 7-gate, but
lagged then had a surge at the finish crossing the wire a nose in front for the fourth fastest qualifying time. Jess Vamoose (#1) rushed throughout to be caught at the wire, finishing second for the fifth fastest time. Gold Diggers Avenger (#2) qualified after finishing in a dead heat with Johnny De Capo (#8) for third, qualifying with the sixth fastest times. Relentless Heat (#3) broke mid-pack and finished fourth taking the eight fastest time and RJ Little Less Talk (#6) finished sixth for the ninth fastest time.
