OUTTA SIGHT
The six horses contesting the consolation prize were those that came in second place in the semi-final races. All of them had impeccable preparation and the riders supported them to give their best result on the track.
In this event, it was Outta Sight, aka The Italian, with his jockey Miguel Landeros who obtained the victory and earned for his team a prize of
$33,705, the total amount assigned to this race. In this event, he dominated by the difference of a neck over DM Red Dirt, aka The Shrimp, who was a constant threat to the imposing bay Outta Sight.
Outta Sight belongs to Cuadra La Estrella, where he is trained by Raúl López, as well as Tommy The Train, aka The Morralito, who placed third in the finals of the maturity.
At six years of age and raised in the United States by Dee and Betty Raper, his racing career has been developed in unofficial com- petitions, among which stands out a second place in the Rancho El Texano Futurity, in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, and a third place
in the Millionaire Futurity of El Fresno Hippodrome, in Culiacan, Sinaloa.
He is by Capo De Capi and out of Wait Watch Her by Mr Eye Opener.
In second place concluded DM Red Dirt, aka The Camarón, directed by the expe- rienced José Roberto Durán, who is also part of the training team along with Víctor Campos. He belongs to the Buenaventura
With Miguel Landeros at the helm, Outta Sight heads to the track to race for the consolation prize.
