The proposed races should be considered only as a bonus to stallion advertisers and no part of stallion advertising expense should be placed with Speedhorse, LLC, with the expectation that the races will be run. Advertisers are purchasing advertising space only and no separate contractual right exists to demand that a race be conducted.
