Manuscripts, photographs and artwork are welcomed at sender’s risk. The publication reserves the right to refuse advertising, photographs and articles.
The Speedhorse Races are merely proposed races which may or may not be run at the discretion of Speedhorse, LLC. See Conditions of Race. The proposed races should be considered only as a bonus to stallion advertisers and no part of stallion advertising expense should be placed with Speedhorse, LLC, with the expectation that the races will be run. Advertisers are purchasing advertising space only and no separate contractual right exists to demand that a race be conducted.
