Oklahoma Racing Members
In the next section of this booklet are listed the OQHRA Racing Members. Racing Members are those individuals or partnerships that are eligible to vote in OQHRA elections and receive membership benefits and recognition because they have started a Quarter Horse, Paint or Appaloosa horse at an Oklahoma racetrack and did not elect to opt out of participation in OQHRA as a member. Racing members are divided into two categories, those from Oklahoma and those from other states
