Regardless of the date your stallion was vaccinated previously, he is REQUIRED to have an EVA booster
vaccination each year prior to breeding, to remain an ACTIVE New Mexico Registered Stallion.
Mandated recommendations:
• Vaccinate at least 30 days prior to the breeding season.
• Contact the New Mexico Livestock Board at (505) 841-6161 for requirements and/or any questions
regarding isolation of your stallion.
