On The Money Red is the sire of Designer Red. This stallion was a stakes winner of the 1981 Florida QHA Derby and the Beau Brummell Stakes. He started in 22 races with six wins, four seconds and four thirds earning $32,358. His sire record shows that he sired racehorses that earned $421,115 from 124 starters with four stakes winners and four stakes placed runners. His stakes winners include Im On The Money To, winner of the 1987 Debutante Stakes, 1987 Peconic Futurity and the 1987 Florida QHA Derby; Reds Veroom, winner of the 1987 Florida Bred Derby and the 1988
Best Of Both Breeds Handicap; Reds El Ten Eleven, winner of the 1989 Memorial Day Futurity; and On The Winning Side, winner of the 1993 Georgia SSA Futurity.
On The Money Red became the sire
of barrel racing horses that have Equi-Stat earnings of $3,171,111. His leading money earners include SR Red Rider, a winner of the World Championship Barrel Futurity; Reds Gogo Too, winner of the 1993 Old Fort Days Futurity; See My Money, winner of the 1996 Old Fort Days Futurity; and On The Money Luv, winner of the 1997 Old Fort Days Futurity Days Futurity.
Bennies Big Red was the sire of On The Money Red. He made 82 starts with nine wins, 19 seconds, 10 thirds and earnings
of $23,048. He was a stakes winner in the 1972 La Pitahaya Derby with seconds in the Florida QHA Futurity, St Johns Stakes and
   year was when they won the barrel racing at the San Antonio Livestock Show. They gave Slick By Design 2017 off and he came back in 2018 with Michelle and Stevi Hillman riding. He earned $69,164.54 with NFR earnings of $64,492.23. The NFR earnings came with Stevi Hillman. He retired after the NFR.

He was an NFR qualifier four times and his time of :13.48 at National Finals Rodeo is the Arena Record time for a stallion at this great event. He is a 15-time PRCA Rodeo Champion and 12-time PRCA Rodeo Reserve Champion. He is a multiple futurity and derby Champion in addition to his AQHA World Championship in Junior Barrel Racing. Some of the other events he won include the 2011 JB QH Barrel Futurity 1D Championship,
2013 Old Fort Days Barrel Derby Championship, 2014 NFR Championship in round 8 and the 2016 NFR Rodeo Barrel Racing Championship.
Speed and barrel racing run in the blood of Slick By Design. His sire Designer Red was an ROM racehorse that was a stakes qualifier in the 1997 Speedhorse Sprint Futurity-RG3. He had five starts with one win, one second and earnings of $4,280. Designer Red left the racetrack to become a successful barrel racing horse. He earned $53,898 with 70.5 AQHA performance points, earning a Superior in barrel racing and he was the 2002 AQHA World Champion Senior Barrel Racing Horse.
 Designer Red has just 20 AQHA point earners with 160.5 points and six ROM earners. He sired one World Champion in Slick By Design and one Reserve World Champion in VF A Sporty Design, the 2007 Reserve World Champion in Junior Barrel Racing. He is the sire of horses with Equi-Stat earnings of $2,627,710. These runners, in addition to Slick By Design, include Bully By Design, the 2012 NBHA World Champion and the first horse to earn over $100,000 in the National Barrel Racing Tour; VF A Sporty Design, the 2006 Old Fort Days Futurity Champion; and VF Wishbone Red, a multiple event finalist, including a fifth in the Pink Buckle Barrel Futurity 1D.
