• The $6 Million Sires represent 2.9% of all Million Dollar Sires.
• The top $6 Million Sire, Azure Te, is the only Thoroughbred on the list.
• Four of the $6 Million Sires were born in the 2000’s
– Furyofthewind (2003), Bigtime Favorite (2002), Sixes Royal (2001) and Southern Cartel (2000). Jet Deck is the oldest on the list (1960).
• Only one $6 Million Sire had a leading earner who made more than $1 Million – Bigtime Favorite (JLS Mr Bigtime, $1,031,147).
• Two sires earned their spot on the $6 Million Sire list with less that 10 stakes winners: Bigtime Favorite (9) and Major Rime (8). Jet Deck topped this list with 67 stakes winners.
• Jet Deck has the highest winners-to-starters ratio of the $6 Million Sires at 79.4% as well as the highest percentage of stakes winners-to-starters at 13.7%.
• Chicks Regard has the highest average earnings per starter among the $6 Million Sires of $27,597.
• Two $6 Million Sires are in the AQHA Hall of Fame – Azure Te TB and Jet Deck.

• Master Hand is the only Thoroughbred on the $5 Million Sire list and is also the oldest (born in 1966).
• Eight of the $5 Million Sires were born in the 2000’s – One Sweet Jess (2008), Favorite Cartel (2007), Tempting Dash (2007), A Regal Choice (2001), Brimmerton (2001), Country Chicks Man (2001), Spit Curl Jess (2001) and Corona Caliente (2000).
• None of the $5 Million Sires have more than 1,000 race age foals, but Windy Ryon has the most at 999.
• By Yawl is the $5 Million Sire with the most stakes winners at 36, while Agouti, Bono Jazz and Corona Caliente have the least number of stakes winners with 11 each.
• Special Task has the highest average earnings per starter of $36,228.
• Five $5 Million Sires have money earners who have earned over
$1 million – Master Hand TB (Mr Master Bug, $1,793,718), Windy Ryon (Ronas Ryon, $1,777,976), Bono Jazz

• Two $5 Million Sires have a winners-to-starters ratio of greater than 70% - Special Task (74%) and Victory Dash (70.3%).
