        1) Per NM Livestock Board-
a) Vaccination must occur within ten (10) days of the pre-vaccination EVA blood test. (NMAC 21.30.7.19) b) A copy of the EVA Test Laboratory Report must be filed with this EVA Vaccination Certificate.
2) All active stallions registered with the New Mexico Horse Breeders Association will be required to be vaccinated for EVA in subsequent years.
3) All shedder stallions are subject to rules and regulations promulgated by the New Mexico Livestock Board.
