  American Flyer Stakes
KOOLER WAGON
Oby Danny Camp
n a date that will never be forgotten -
September 11, Arapahoe Park was the setting for the running of the 350-yard $19,950 American Flyer Stakes.
Kooler Wagon stepped away from the number five post in second place with Jose Lopez in the saddle. At the break, they eyeballed the finish line and Lopez went to work with much hustle and encouragement. At the halfway mark, they were still a length behind the leader. Kooler Wagon hit another gear at that point and they started to put distance between them and the rest of the field.
They crossed the finish line a length to the good in a quick :17.651 to earn a 97 speed index.
The gelded son of Desirio also earned the first place check worth $11,970. That ups his lifetime earnings to $49,899, and his race record stands at six wins out of 14 career starts.
His team includes owner Alma Olivas and trainer Uriel Delgado. Kooler Wagon was bred in Colorado by Thomas Bradbury and Vaughn Cook out of the mare Beaus Wagon. She is a ROM earner and she made almost $38,000 back in her racing days. The mare has produced five foals, and Kooler Wagon is her best product.
Jess Un Sies Mas (Apollitical Jess-Seis Star Glitter) got away like he was on fire, and was able to hold on to second place. Connections include owner Hugo Barron-Sierra and trainer Jose M Barron. Martin Lazalde was handling the reins.
Indeed (Wagon Tales-Dancing Iam) fought the good fight and banked third place money. He is owned by Jose Castaneda and trained by Jose Chavez. Valente Vorrath was in the irons.
The field finished like this: This Parties Hoppin (Five Bar Cartel-Bsimjumpn), Im Jess Good (Jess Good Candy-Madresita) and Race For Corona (Flare For Ivory-Adriannas Corona).

eep Beep Rev Rev ran her record at Canterbury
Park to three wins in four starts by capturing the Sept. 10 Minnesota Futurity. She also helped her trainer, Jason Olmstead, sweep the two Quarter Horse stakes on the card because he also saddled Minnesota Derby winner Relentless Courage.
With regular rider Edwin Escobedo aboard, Beep Beep Rev Rev broke sharply on top in the 350-yard Minnesota Futurity. She led to the wire as the 1-2 favorite, scoring by 1/2-length in :17.938.
Olmstead trains Beep Beep Rev Rev for Summer Run Inc., which bred the filly in Minnesota. Beep Beep Rev Rev also won the North Star State Futurity at Canterbury and finished second in the Prairie Meadows Juvenile Challenge.
Summer Run Inc. bought Etta Betta Zoom, the dam of Beep Beep Rev Rev, for $12,500 at the 2017 Heritage Place Winter Mixed Sale from Bob Moore Farms. The mare is a 1/2-sister to Champion Four Forty Blast and Grade 1 winner Holland Ease, the sire of Corona Cartel. Etta Betta Zoom has produced five winners in seven starters, including 2019 Minnesota Futurity winner Beep Beep Zoom Zoom and stakes-placed The Minnesota Moon.
Steven Pribyl’s homebred Seis It Aint So (Stoli-Six It Up) ran second for jockey Kelsi Harr and trainer R.A. Hybsha. The gelding was coming off a maiden victory. Olmstead also trains Lunderborg LLC’s homebred Blu Bye U (Jess Louisiana Blue-BBs PYC Luckycharm), who finished third. Armando Alvidrez rode the
filly, who earlier ran third in the North Star State Futurity. Completing the field were Eos Whiskey Girl (Apollitical Jess-Saving Shirley), Relentless Flash (Hes Relentless-Valiant Filly), Iza B Quick (Royal Quick Dash-Iza B Special), Rocking The World (This Chets A Rockin-My Big Time), Peaceful Reign (BP Phoenix Reign-Special Peace Keeper), and Stevie B (One Sweet Jess-Magics Miracle Wagon). hose who had the Exacta in the 2021 Minnesota
Futurity at Canterbury Park could have cashed again if they had bet the same two horses in the 2022 Minnesota Derby. Relentless Courage defeated Relentless Babe, both trained by Jason Olmstead, just as the gelding had done a year previously. Olmstead also trains third-place Chloes Magic.
Sent away as the 3-1 third choice under jockey Jesus Salazar, Relentless Courage broke well in third from the outside. He made up ground deep into the 400 yards to prevail by 1/2-length in :20.064.
Tom Maher and Paul Luedemann own Relentless Courage, who does well at Canterbury. In seven starts there, he has won four, including the 2021 MQHRA Stallion Auction Futurity and the North Star State Futurity, with one second (in the 2022 Canterbury Park Derby) and one third.
Harold Jeanotte bred Relentless Courage in Minnesota from Newport Lily. The mare has produced 11 winners in 15 starters, including stakes winners Triple Vodka and Hiclass Vodka and stakes- placed Yumyumcomegetyousome.
Ry Eldeberry piloted Relentless Babe (Hes Relentless-Mai Corona) to second. Maher is the sole owner of the filly, who in 2021 also ran second in the North Star State Futurity and third in the MQHRA Stallion Auction Futurity. Lunderborg’s homebred Chloes Magic (Hes Relentless-BBs PYC Luckycharm) ran third with Armando Alvidrez in the irons. The filly finished second in the 2021 Mystic Lake Northlands Juvenile Stakes. Completing the field were Trippin Guns (MN Guns-Trippin’ Tricks-TB), Michael B (Jess Good Candy-Magics Miracle Wagon), PR Little Miss Guns (BP Phoenix Reign-Garters N Guns), Tomi Guns (BP Phoenix Reign-Bee Bee Guns), The Minnesota Moon (Moonin The Eagle-Etta Betta Zoom), Averys Rocket (Apollitical Jess-Paint Or More), and Relentless Legacy (Hes Relentless-Legacys A Streakin).
