        TOP 10 CONSIGNORS/AGENTS
    The 2021 Ruidoso Select Yearling Sale was held Sept. 3-5 at Ruidoso Downs Race Track during All American Weekend. The sale saw 359 head sell with gross receipts of $23,812,000 and a 3-day average of $48,000. There were 63 yearlings that sold for six figures and 19 of those sold upwards of the $200,000 mark.
The sales high-seller, which sold on the first day for $800,000, was Hip #137 First Texas Flash (First Moonflash-Stylish Jess BR, Feature Mr Jess). Consigned by Julianna Hawn Holt and purchased by West Texas Racing Partner- ship, the brown colt is a full brother to 3-Time Champion Flash And Roll and is by Cham- pion/multiple Champion sire First Moonflash and out Champion Stylish Jess BR.
Turner Farms consigned the $450,000 second highest seller, Hip #351, Jess Muchacho Corona (Corona Crtel-Jess Send Me, Feature Mr Jess). Purchased by Adan Cantu, the bay colt is a sibling to three stakes winners includ- ing Grade 3 winner Jess Macho Corona and is out of All American Futurity-G1 second placed Jess Send Me.
“The quality offered was unbelievable and the crowd was here in force to buy them,” said Ruidoso Horse Sale Company General Man- ager Lowell Neumayer.
