Export broodmare deadline
If a registered NM Broodmare in foal to a registered NM Stallion leaves the state of New Mexico a $500 fee must be paid or postmarked no later than October 1st. Fee increases to $1,000 after October 10th.
Foal MUST be foaled in New Mexico.
