Tony’s Meats & Market in The Village at Castle Pines Village hosted more than 100 guests for Beef & Bourbon Night – celebrating the grand opening of Tony’s new Dry Age Meat room. Samples of Tony’s new Butcher’s Pantry sauces were paired with a selection of ne bourbon, and Tony’s CEO, Daniel Rosacci, gave a lighthearted and educational speech about the dry aging process.
