Coloro x WGSN teamed up to endorse 5 colors that are key influencers for 2021. Bold, Statement Colors that are critical for self expression during these uncertain times. Mostly critical in fashion, sport, fitness and well-being there are some parallels you can draw as it moves into interiors. Of particular note is the continued use of blue/green, the rise of red and a grounding neutral.
• Quiet Wave (072-69-24)...Clinical Green, Clean, Technical
• Lemon Sherbet (046-85-28)...Yellow in general is the color on the rise.
• Oxy Fire (015-50-36)...Red becomes more and more popular. Use to
energize and enliven products.
• Good Gray (122-66-02)...All digital commands & controls our lives.
• AI Aqua (098-59-30)...Minimalistic. Grounding & Calming. Works
during spring, summer and winter seasons. Tech focus.

COLOR FOCUS—-BROWN
• Brown as a color and color influencer in Interiors is continuing to grow.
• WGSN has been highlighting this color in fashion for several seasons and sees it
continuing to grow.
• As a turn to classic elements and heritage continues, brown is even more
important. Brown evokes this nostalgia and warmth which consumers crave right
now.
• This is also evident in the rise for vintage and resale goods.
• Wood finishes in a brown tones such as caramel, coffee, tobacco, cognac and
walnut were prevalent during the imm Cologne show in January 2020.
• Even if not true brown, all colors seen in the last few years such as millennial pink
and gray are morphing to include much more brown undertones. Color continues to warm overall.
