POTTERY BARN (R etail, In S tore Visit)
• Warm, Inviting, Comfortable, Casual, Cozy for the whole store. Store was beautiful.
• Not much different than any other Christmas for Pottery Barn. The amount of florals and candles seemed to
increase. Plaid and Buffalo Check in abundance. Black worked into the plaids and other textiles. A bit too much in
our opinion for Christmas.
• Bar Statement, Personalized Mugs, Candles; Some special Christmas ornaments and Monogram/Letter ornaments.
• Nice job in freshening up their core assortment with Christmas in every area. Easy for customer to see what to do.
• Consistent branding and merchandise. Still looks very nice. Except the fur throws....aren’t we done with those?
• Product value there as prices seem reasonable for the quality
• Lighting assortment looks nice. Was stale for a while and now much more updated.
