BED BATH & BEYOND (R etail, In S tore Visit)
• Large Holiday Shop at front of store with mix of multiple categories. The largest presence of Christmas in the store. Some food & holiday goodies mixed in as well.
• Gift giving segments spread and merchandised around the store ‘Gifts for...’; Love the idea, Easy to shop but actual merchandise seemed old and not exciting overall (few exceptions). Gift stocking stuffers with graphic packaging was compelling.
• Bee & Willow Home & Christmas soft goods were really nice, good value, great quality.
• Almost no shoppers in store; little to no customer service to help or answer questions.
• Not compelling, no energy in store or urgency to buy
