• Christmas Merchandise was bought to sell out. Day after Christmas there was little to no inventory in most stores.
Gone are the days of buying for After Christmas Sales/Clearance.

• The busiest stores were the ones with current, relevant merchandise across multiple categories including
CONSUMABLES.
