A Little note about the contents...
Some of the content I am sharing with you in this guide is my own work, but a great amount of it has been obtained from the Traumatic Incident Reduction Manual which you will all receive at the workshop. The reason for sharing some of it now is to promote a sense of familiarity, and greater understanding, which will, I hope, enhance your learning experience.
