Gladys Group is a 100% black owned holding organization with its aim being to access investment opportunities through the various businesses within the Group and fund management through its FSP licence 45978. The group prides itself in offering top-notch distinct services which includes inter alia, Investment advisory, Investments, hospitality and leisure services.
The Group has three main subsidiaries:
Gladys Investments Holding (Pty) Ltd • Gladys Advisory Services (Pty) Ltd • Gladys Leisure Investments (Pty) Ltd
Investments will be housed either in Gladys Investments Holding or Gladys Leisure Investments as these are purely equity driven companies of the Group.
