NOEL MASHABA • Chairman
Noel Mashaba founded the GladAfrica Group (Pty) Limited. GladAfrica Group has become one of the leading black owned multi- disciplinary companies in South Africa.
Mashaba’s focus is to create business sustainability and legacies through identification of investment opportunities
in other sectors. As a result, he established Gladys Group in 2018. This company is responsible for accessing investment opportunities in South Africa and abroad.
Mashaba serves on various Boards, including the South African Property Owners Association. He believes in business sustainability with a positive impact in communities. His businesses support various non-governmental organisations for the upliftment of the youth through education and sports development.
MPHO MASHILE CA(SA) • Chief Executive Officer
Mpho is a Chartered Accountant who has extensive experience in finance, strategy development and business management.
His career spans over 12 years in various industries such as the banking sector, engineering and built environment amongst others. His experience within the banking
industry through ABSA Capital/Barclays led him to roles in Egypt, Ghana, Mauritius and several African countries. Prior to joining Gladys Group, he was Chief Financial Officer at Air Liquide. He also led GladAfrica, and its group of companies as the Group Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director for several years.
He holds a degree in BCom Accounting from the University of Cape Town in and has a certificate in Theory of Accounting (CTA) from Witwatersrand University. He completed his articles with Deloitte & Touché South Africa.
