We can’t wait to see what 2022 brings. With more friends to make and memories to create. Until then, enjoy this 12 ingredient Christmas breakfast to bring some Big flavor to your holiday gathering.
12 Ingredient Christmas Morning Sausage Fatty:
Ingredients:
Mix 2 lb of pork sausage
1⁄2 cup chopped bell pepper
3⁄4 cup finely chopped yellow onion
1⁄2 chopped jalapeno 2 Tbsp Big D’s Q G2 BBQ
Directions:
Roll into a log shape
and sprinkle with layer of Big D’s Q Hurricane Rib Rub Smoke fatty logs at 275 for 1 hour 15 minutes
Slice and place on biscuit with fried egg (recipes below)
Buttermilk Biscuits:
Ingredients:
Freeze 1 stick butter, grate
Toss grated butter in 2 1⁄2 cups self-rising flour
Directions:
Chill for 10 minutes
Make a well in flour and pour in 1 cup chilled buttermilk
Stir no more than 15 times
Place dough on lightly floured surface and roll into 1⁄2 inch layer Fold short ends together (repeat 4 times)
Bake for 15 minutes at 475
Brush with melted butter once pulled out of the oven
Fried Egg:
Directions:
Fry 4 eggs in olive oil
Once cooked, sprinkle with Big D’s Q STEAK OUT
