Greetings Fellow Members,
With The Weather Warming Up I am Finding Myself (As I’m Sure Y’all Do) Wanting To Cook Outside More And More. Personally, I Traditionally Cook Whole Hog On The 4th Of July for Many Friends and Family and I Am Very Excited About Doing So This Weekend. As You May Have Heard Were Finally Getting Our New Website Up & Running In The Next Couple Days So Be Sure to Check It Out...... The Organization Hosted A Very Successful Nor Cal 101 Class This Past Weekend So I’d Like To Thank All the Pitmasters And Volunteers For All Their Hard Work & Dedication as Well as All the Class Sponsors for Their Continued Support on Making It Happen. With The Sense of Normalcy Returning, I’m So Happy To See the Competitions, Begin To Come Back. Although Some Have Postponed to Next Year Its All Very Promising That 2022 Will Be an Exceptionally Busy Comp Season For All Of Us. I’d Like to Wish Everyone A Happy & Safe Independence Day So Until Next Month Keep Them Fires Lit & The Smoke Thin!!!!!
