NEBS Holds Annual Meeting & Awards Ceremony AND 1st Ever Chopped-Style Competition ONLINE....
The NEBS 1st Ever Chopped-Style Competition was held during the online Zoom Annual Meeting. Teams were cooking away while the Board of Directors and membership discussed the meeting agenda. Teams were called upon during the meeting to show what they were doing and discuss their plans for the cook; keep- ing them on their toes!
The basket ingredients were Bone-In Chicken Thighs, Cheetos Puffs, Swedish Fish and 2 Red Macintosh Apples. The teams were given their basket items via email. They each showed the mem- bership and the judges their raw ingredients and their time was set! They had 45 minutes to prepare their entry.
