Slow Cooker Ribs And Instant Pot Ribs For Cabin Fever
If weather or other impediments prevent you from making the real thing outdoors, you can make pretty tasty ribs in a slow cooker with this recipe. The idea is to braise the meat until very moist and tender, cooking the meat in a closed pot over a low temp in a flavorful liquid. We like to cook up a pot of bow- tie pasta or macaroni and serve this on top.
Makes. 2 servings of 1/2 slab each
Takes. 30 minutes to prep, 4 to 8 hours to cook.
