It is an uneasy time when we can’t have BBQ Contest, but we can practice at home! If we have any leftovers, we can find Organization that feeds the homeless, see what their needs are and work with them. One of the group that we work with in Kansas City Missouri is “Free Hot Soup”. We meet every Saturday at 4:00 PM at Washington Square in downtown KC and feed 75 to 225 homeless. Be Safe and Keep a safe distance!
This is the best way to make a fast and filling dinner for your family or the homeless the day after a holiday meal using your leftover ham! I have made this recipe adding BBQ chicken with the ham, this recipe is easily expanded.

Creamy Ham and Noodle Casserole
Ingredients:
8 ounces egg noodles (4 to 4 1/2 cups) 2 cups chopped cooked ham
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1-10 1/2 ounce can cream
1-10 1/2 ounce can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1 tablespoon butter
