2400N Welding Respirators
NIOSH certi ed under 42CFR84 regula- tions to have a lter ef ciency level of 95%
or greater against particulate aerosols free
of oil up to 10X PEL. A special sorbent helps relieve workers of nuisance levels (less than OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit) of ozone and organic vapor odors. Suitable for most welding fumes. Fits easily under welding hoods. Workers stay cool with an exhale valve that reduces breathing resistance and hot air build up. Soft foam nose cushion makes this disposable easier to wear and more comfort- able. The Dura-Mesh® shell protects the lter media for longer respirator life. 10 per box.

How To Properly Wear Disposable Respirators
1. Untwist straps. Thread bottom strap through bottom buckle and repeat for top strap. Hold respirator in hand with nose contour (narrow end) at ngertips, allowing headstraps to fall below hand.
2. Place respirator under chin with molded nose contour (narrow end) up. Flange must be uncreased inside respirator. Raise top strap to top back of head. Pull shorter bottom strap head, below ears, to around neck. Do not wear with only one strap.
3. Adjust tension on both top and bottom straps to provide a tight and comfortable seal. To tighten, pull ends of straps. To loosen, push open hinge of buckle with thumb and pull on strap.
4. Each time user enters work area the respirator must be seal checked. Cover front of respirator by cupping both hands. INHALE SHARPLY. A negative pressure should be felt inside respirator. If any leakage is detected
at respirator edges, adjust straps by pulling back along the sides and/or reposition the respirator. Repeat
until sealed properly, otherwise do not enter work area and see your supervisor. Entry into
a contaminated area with an improper t may result in sickness or death.
Economy Nuisance Dust Mask
Provides relief from irritation of non-toxic,
nuisance dusts. Effective for pollen, common household dust, cut grass and other non-toxic particles. Adjustable nosepiece contours to t individual face features. 50 masks per box.

Moldex® 2300N Series Respirators
Same features as the Moldex® 2200N Series Respirators described above, but with an exhale valve that
lets workers breathe easy and stay cool. By reducing this hot air build up, safety glasses will be less likely to fog up. The 2300N Series also has ame retardants added to the shell to help reduce ammability, making this disposable suitable for most welding applications. Available 10 per box, or in a reusable “Respirator Locker” that stores 5 masks.
