Anchor Seal Plugs
Designed for use with anchor installations in ceilings and wall applications. The plugs are described by the anchor rod diameter they are used with and will t the hole size indicated when it is drilled with a bit meeting
the requirements of ANSI Standard B212.15.
Red Head Epcon A7+ Quick Curing Epoxy Adhesive
Red Head A7+ is a high-strength, fast- cure adhesive that is designed to securely anchor threaded rod and rebar to cured concrete and masonry. Quali ed for
use in concrete, grout- lled and hollow block, brick, and clay tile. Cures in only 45 minutes (at base temperature of
70F). No extra time required for drying saturated concrete or water- lled holes. Easy pumping even in cold temperatures. Low odor therefore is suitable for use
indoors and in occupied buildings. Rugged, re-sealable cartridge resists breakage due to rough handling or cold temperatures.
Red Head C6+ High Strength Epoxy
Red Head C6+ is the highest strength adhesive in
our history. Designed for use in the most demanding anchoring applications, the maximum strength of Red Head C6+ is backed by ICC-ES approvals for both concrete and masonry. It is also the only adhesive approved for core-drilled holes in cracked concrete without the use of a roughening tool. At least 25% stronger than the old C6+ formulation for threaded rod in cracked concrete with seismic conditions. Fastest Cure time in its class, curing in just 2.75 hours at 90°F and in only 2 hours at 110°F! ICC-ES approved for cracked concrete and seismic applications (ICC-ES
ESR 4046). Can be used down to 40°F and up to 110°F. Can be used in oversized holes. Rugged cartridges resist breakage due to rough handling or cold temperatures. 24-month shelf life.
Epcon C6+ Dispensing Tools
Red Head G5 Epoxy
Epoxy resin and hardener are completely mixed as
it is dispensed directly into the anchor hole. It can
be used with both threaded rod and rebar. Longer cure time epoxies give you more time to work and setup, but delay your work. This epoxy works well in hot temperatures. At 70°F it offers a short cure time (only 2 hours) but extends your working time by 15 minutes thereby saving on nozzles and allowing you extra start up time. Works well in damp holes and underwater applications. It is virtually odor-less so can be used indoors as well.

Red Head Epcon A7 Acrylic Adhesive
A7 is a fast dispensing, fast curing acrylic adhesive used for anchoring threaded rod or rebar into concrete, brick or block substrates, hollow or solid. The acrylic resin and hardening agent are completely mixed as
they are simultaneously dispensed from the dual cartridge through a static mixing nozzle, directly into
the anchor hole. A7 is an all weather formula adhesive that is pumpable at 0° F without preheating. A7 can
be used in damp or underwater applications as well. Dispensing the adhesive is fast and easy, and rods embed easier into A7 as compared with other products
