Reusable and easy to store. The stanchions are 39 1/2” high, weigh only 36 lbs., and are designed to be used every 50’. Flag line is made of a heavy duty nylon cord and is spaced every 5’. The ags are large, yellow, double-stitched and durable.
Fall Protection Rail Systems
Portable Guard RailTM System
This system acts as a barrier that prevents personnel from falling to lower levels, thus eliminating the fall hazard. Workers can now be pro- tected with little or no training, no special maintenance, and no special equipment. Totally free standing, requiring no surface attachment. The bases are skid resistant and light enough for one worker to move. Installation is fast and easy; simply insert railing into base tting and tighten. No special tools are required. Applications include roof edges, oor hatchways or chutes, leading edge, around skylights, oor or wall openings, shafts, and manholes. Exceeds OSHA standards.

Guardrail Toe Board Attachment
A near ground level protective barrier that will prevent the fall of materials and equipment to lower levels and provide protection from falls for personnel (on non-portable systems mounted on sloped roofs). OSHA 1926.500.

Guardian Framer Guardrail Receiver
The Guardrail Receiver is designed to be compatible with the Guardian Guardrail Posts, and allows for the installation
of the guardrail systems ush against outside walls. It may be installed in both wood and concrete substrates, and is composed of powder-coated steel for superior durability and weather resistance.
Tested for concrete at 2,000 psi. Guardrail posts are recommended to be spaced 6’ apart. The Guardrail Receiver and Posts are reusable for multiple installations (although new fasteners must be used for each new installation application). Allow for a minimum of 12” of overlap with use of 2x4’s, or optional 10’ Snap-on Metal Rails are available from Guardian.
