CLEAN PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING
In 2017, CORE launched an initiative designed to help mitigate occupational hazards and associated health risks that our First Responders face due to the dangerous conditions in which they selflessly work. This initiative, called Clean Public Safety Building (CleanPSB), is now a CORE standard nationwide.
We at CORE believe that Best Value can only be achieved through continuous improvement. As Public Safety specialists, we feel it is our responsibility to construct facilities that are not only highly functional and efficient, but are also clean, safe, and focused on promoting optimal health and wellness.
It is our duty at CORE to deliver only the most accurate and relevant information to our Public Safety clients, so that they can make decisions based not only on cost and quality, but also health and safety factors. This means that our employees must be educated on relevant statistics such as police and fire suicide rates, PTSD cases, occupational cancers, occupational exposures, associated health risks, policies and legislation, and emerging industry trends such as antimicrobial technologies and ultraviolet radiation sanitation methods.
