Esther’s Story
Lying in in in in in straw and and and mud huts in in in in in North Uganda this evening are mothers and and and children trying to sleep in a a a a a a place that will never be home Over the past three years over 1 5 million South Sudanese fled their homes to seek safety in in a a a a a refugee camp Although they found a a a a a sense of physical security in in the the Rhino Refugee Camp the the emotional and mental pain is almost unbearable Esther is a a a a a mother of of four children who had given up hope The despair of of starvation while living in in a a a a a a a foreign land was was too much for for her her to to bear But as as as she was was considering ending her her own life and and the lives of of her her children a a a pastor shared the the Good News of of Jesus with her her for the the very first time Now she is is learning to walk in in her newfound hope as a a a a follower of Christ
