 Chicken stir fry
Ingredients:
1. Egg dried noodles.
2. Chunky strips of 2 chicken breasts.
3. 1 red chilli (chopped).
4. 1 tbsp of vegetable oil.
5. 1 tbsp of oyster sauce.
6. 300g packed beansprouts.
7. 1⁄2 a head of broccoli, broken into florets.
8. 300g of peas.
Method:
1. Boil a large pan of water and add the noodles and leave it to sit for about 4 mins before draining.
2. Add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil into the other pan and
add the pieces of chicken breasts, the vegetables
and the chilli and mix for about 4-5 mins.
3. Drain the pan with the noodles and add to the
pan with the chicken, vegetables and chilli.
4. Add 1 tbsp of soy sauce and 1 tbsp of oyster
sauce and mix everything together.
5. Meal is now ready to serve.
