 Curry
Ingredients:
2 breasts of chicken
Tin of chick peas
Jar of uncle Bens Sauce
1⁄2 a red pepper and 1⁄2 a yellow pepper 1 bag of boil in the bag rice
Method:
1. Cut up pieces of chicken and peppers.
2. Add the chicken to a frying pan on medium
heat
3. Wait for the chicken to be cooked (not pink
in middle) before adding the peppers and
chickpeas.
4. Add curry sauce in with chicken and peppers
5. Boil the rice for 10 minutes or so until fluffy
(rice fills the bag when done)
