IBM focuses on specific societal issues, including the environment, community economic development, education & skills, public health, literacy, language and culture. IBM equips the youth with requisite skills to access careers of their choice. This is approached through public- private partnerships and aligned NGOs who connect classroom, college and career skills and training.
