In the twenty-first century, the war between human beings and the microbes often gnaws at a researcher’s mind. A new story evolves
from the history of germs versus human health, where human health is a cop and, of course, the thieves are the germs. The cop (human health) has been chasing away the thieves (germs) for the past several decades. For a change, nowadays germs have started chasing humans and causing infections. In this tag game of germs and humans, germs winning the game! This is because; the kingdom our immune system often failed to fight with the foreign pathogens, ultimately, leading to many diseases. Apart from this, the kingdom itself has a lot of problems created by its own illogical/misleading processes. What I am trying to mean is that there is a very fine line between health and disease which we
keep transgressing. If any sudden change, or modulation, occurs in the condition, it brings new problems. Among the strange diseases, diabetes and obesity are like a brother and a sister. They love each other so much that if a person is obese then, definitely, her lovely brother will come to visit her! I mean the diabetes! It’s like a chicken-and-egg situation, where it is impossible to say which of the two has visited first or caused the other to happen In present times, if a person is ... well ... healthy,, the people warny about diabetes at an early age. Earlier, diabetes used occurs to people in the age group of 65-85 years. But now, even a new born child can be diagnosed with diabetes. All this is just because of some basic things, which have changed our entire lifestyle starting from work to food.
