In my last visit to our village in Prayagraj, I happened to meet my old classmate Saurabh after a long gap. He remained monitor of our
class throughout our school days because of his prowess in mathematics and currently, he is a software engineer in Intel Inc. After our casual discussions, he commented unusually, “Why are you still entangled with mathematics, the onerous language, even in Ph.D.? Wasn’t the torture enough till master’s?” I gently replied, “Dear Saurabh, you just tasted its topping, but I have dived in that pool. The beauty of mathematics is not explicit but implicit for her aficionados.” Suddenly, my nocturnal researcher took over the situation and, thence, the sermon started.
In today’s world of advanced technology, securing data is a major issue. Mostly, all of
us are connected to the network (Internet) through mobiles phones, computers and many more electronic devices. This widespread connectivity connects people but also increases the chances of data breach. Habitual behaviours, such as accessing a banking site, allowing websites to save passwords, online gaming, using the same password for various logins, can lead to real-life risks such as credential hacking, data leaks, phishing attacks, and spreading malware. To be on the safer side, we sometimes save many passwords protected by another password (through apps), but do they really keep our data safe and confidential? The answer is a big NO! (Ask Google God to know different tools for breaking in). The ramifications of data hacking are huge. So, what options do
