The Power of
The Egg painting art idea came from pinterest. I thought it would be a good way for our residents to express themselves artistically and emotionally. The residents were able to pick what colors they wanted and they were also able to release frustration and other emotions that have been bottled up. We are making every effort to avoid them feeling socially isolated. So anything we can do to ease those feelings we are 100% on board! The residents absolutely loved the activity and the finished product. The paintings will be on display in a common area for all to enjoy. The residents can not wait for families to visit again so they can tell stories and reminisce about this fun filled day.
