Vehicles
No vehicle movement is allowed during show operating times 10am- 10pm, except for Emergency vehicles and where it is necessary. Livestock exhibitors must be escorted and move at walking pace with their hazard lights operating during show time. Please obey directions given by Traffic Marshalls.
Delivery vehicles are only permitted to enter the showground between 7.00am-9.00am on Friday 8th and Saturday 9th October 2021.
COVID Safe Event Plan will be required from all operators of amusement rides, novelties, food sales, trade
stall etc. operating at the Shepparton Showgrounds.
Cleaning

Emergency Vehicle Gate Meeting Point Gate 3
Access points: Gate 1 (High St Gate), Gate 3 (Thompson St) and Gate 7 (Archer St).
Ensure 1m clearance at all Fire Hydrant Points and access is not blocked by equipment. The grassed main arena is the designated Emergency Assembly Area. We thank you for your co-operation with these procedures.

This is to advise you of the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Victorian Showmen’s Guild.

AGM Papers:
AGM papers will be emailed to members no later than 28 days prior to the meeting.
The email will include:
• Agenda for the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Members
• Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting of Members 2021. • Audited Financial Statements for period ended 30 June 2021
The AGM papers will also be published in the ‘members only’ section of the Victorian
Showmen’s Guild website www.victorianshowmensguild.com.au Please note: hardcopies of the AGM will not be sent to members. If you have any queries or

Any queries relating to the Audited Financial Statements must be forwarded to the Guild office, not less than 7 days prior to the Annual General Meeting, to enable any items to be referred to our Auditor, Robert Ricevuto of

For your convenience, a notice to renew your Guild Member’s Annual Subscription for 2022 will be included in the October - December 2021 edition of “The Outdoor Showman” Magazine and published on the Victorian Showmen’s Guild website www.victorianshowmensguild.com.au.
