Hey Men,
I have never been as excited about a New Year as
I am 2018. I have seen life change in so many men, including myself, over the past 12 months like never before. New businesses launched, relationships mended and accountability received and accepted like never before.
There truly has been Iron Sharpening Iron.
The 12-Week Year continues to be a central focus. The men that have stayed with this have produced results that are even surprising themselves, what a great thing.
As we start 2018, I want you to narrow your focus and drill down to your area of genius.You don’t have to do everything, only a few things really well.You men rock and I’m proud to call you friend.

This quarter we are talking about execution, taking action. For me, this is just how God wired me. My top five talents according to Gallup Strenght Finders are: Maximizer, Activator, Achiever, Individualization, and Focus.
Early on in my corporate career, I had a boss who crit- icized me for “shooting from the hip.” I saw his flaw as “never pulling the trigger”.
Looking back neither of us were wrong or broken. He was well suited for his corporate role and I was better suited for more of a startup or entrepreneurial role. Back then we agreed to work together to help each other’s weakness.
Is execution a weakness for you?
Or are you quick to execute just not always on the right thing?
Either way, let’s encourage each other this next three months.
The year is now 25% over and we all have big goals to achieve. God believes in you and so do the men in the ISI. Ask us both for advice and help. I’m confident you will get the support you need.
