Tae Kwon Do Beginner

Instructor Ward Collins - Classes are taught by second-degree black belt,Ward Collins has over twenty years’ experience. He is a member of the International Black Belt Hall of Fame. Classes are structured to ensure enjoyment as well as instill discipline. Students are expected to wear loose  tting clothing to all classes. Classes will help students with focus, eye-hand coordination, respect for others, patience, and help teach self- discipline. Our  rst rule is safety for the students and for everyone, in class, or at home. Class Min 4/Max 20.

Tae Kwon Do - Intermediate & Advanced
Ages 7 - Adult
Instructor Ward Collins - Classes are taught by second-degree black belt,Ward Collins has over twenty years’ experience. He is a member of the International Black Belt Hall of Fame. Testing is a privilege and is treated as such. Students will continue to learn more techniques while intense practice of lower level work is still expected. Students have now started their long journey towards the black belt. In this group, students have the ability to learn various techniques such as self-defense, sparring and weaponry. A manda- tory meeting with the younger students’ parents and the student will be conducted before any of these things will be taught. Class Min 4/Max 20.

Fencing Classes-Beginning
Ages 8-12
Instructor Sara Kass - Learn swordsmanship. Students will learn skills from en garde stance to parries that will prepare them for a mock competition at the end of the semester. Fenc- ing teaches self-discipline, coordination, analysis, strategy, as well as focus. Wear sweat pants and sneakers. Class Min 4/ Max 8.
