reconcile the higher levels of unemployment and the

            limited opportunities within distressed cities,
            communities, and neighborhoods that Progressive
officials not only represent but continue to ignore? The

U.S. Senate Joint Economic Committee report issued
January 2020 showed the Black employment has tracked

at roughly half the rate of other groups in the economic
output that was produced by the last Progressive

. However, this gap in employment rate for
            President 50-3
Black citizens has decreased since 2016. In fact, by

November 2019, Black unemployment was lowest in
U.S. recorded history 50-4 . The dramatic increase in

employment rates prove that the poor numbers that
prevailed in prior years could have been better.

Have “Race Warriors” kept communities safe? Are the
inner-city neighborhoods where large numbers of black

citizens reside being vigorously protected? While
controlling crime in the inner-city areas is a challenge,

evidence suggest that such areas are being needlessly
neglected by Progressive governors and mayors of large
cities. The numbers of violent crimes that occur in

inner-city areas of major cities, on a given weekend is
appalling. Yet, little is done for prevention as it seems to

have no end. Given the impact of such crimes on
innocent citizens of these communities, it is shocking
