6. use for any purpose in connection with the motor trade;
7. used for other than what the vehicle was constructed or licenced to be used

The indemnity to the Insured in connection with any vehicle shall operate while such vehicle is in the custody or control of a member of the motor trade for
the purpose of its overhaul, upkeep or repair but excluding if the vehicle is in possession or on commission or else for the purpose of retail or similar
CLAUSES AND EXTENSIONS Bereavement expenses
In the event of an accident in respect of private type motor cars (as defined) and in the passenger carrying compartment of light commercial vehicles up to a GVM of 3 500 kg (three thousand five hundred kilograms) resulting in the Insured’s and/or the Insured’s spouses’ death within 3 (three) months the Company will pay to the Insured’s estate R10 000 (ten thousand rand) as a contribution to bereavement expenses.
Combines, grain tables and picker heads
The Company shall indemnify the Insured in terms of Sub-Sections A and B for loss of or damage to grain tables and/ or picker heads whilst attached to any combine(s) specified in the Schedule or whilst temporarily removed therefrom;
PROVIDED THAT:
the grain tables and/or picker heads are not attached to any uninsured combine(s) at the time of loss.
Cross liabilities
Where more than one Insured is named in the Schedule, the Company will indemnify each Insured separately and not jointly, and any liability arising between such Insured shall be treated as though separate policies had been issued to each;
PROVIDED THAT:
the aggregate liability of the Company shall not exceed the limit of indemnity stated in the Schedule.
Damage to tyres and tracks
The cover provided under Sub-Section A is extended to include total loss of and irreparable damage to the tyres or tracks of any tractors, combines or self-propelled agricultural implements, which are stated in the Schedule and comprehensively insured, as a result of damage caused by any unseen or concealed object whilst on the road or other surface;
PROVIDED THAT:
1. the Company’s liability shall not exceed R30 000 (thirty thousand rand) per tyre or track, any one occurrence.
Additional cover may be purchased in which case the limit stated in the Schedule will be over and above the automatic cover provided.
2. all the tyres or tracks of the item(s) must be specified in the Schedule;
3. the Insured shall be responsible for the first 10% (ten percent) of the claim with a minimum of R500 (five hundred rand) each and every claim;
4. should the specified item(s) be used for contract work or contract harvesting, the Insured shall be responsible for a further 25% (twenty five percent) of claim with a minimum of R5 000 (five thousand rand) each and every claim;
5. in the event of a loss, only the damaged tyre or track will be replaced and not the set; UNLESS:
the manufacturer specifications specifically require that the entire track set be replaced in which case the first amount payable stated in 3. above shall increase from 10% (ten percent) to 15% (fifteen percent) of claim and the first mount payable stated in 4. above shall increase from 25% (twenty five percent) to 30% (thirty percent) of claim;
