○ Potential issues identified on the proposal form or the subsidence and landslip

Extended cover
○ All risks must be referred to Hollard as per the Subsidence, landslip or ground heave

Non-standard construction risks, where there is no lightning or surge protection ✓
Theft:
○ Risks that do not comply with the minimum security measures ✓
○ Risks used as a bed and breakfast facility or rented out during holidays (paying
guests), unless the cover is provided as part of a specific wording/endorsement ✓
