FT Screenshot – This style centers the paragraph such that your screenshot/snippet is centered across the page in the
paragraph. Do not put the picture in a frame. Just cut and paste it from a snipping program into a standard paragraph. The
gold border is not part of this style and must be added manually (the easiest way is to select the image below by clicking on it,
click the Format Painter button, click on the screenshot to which you want to add the border, and click Format Painter again.

Overall table body text is formatted with FT Table Body 10.5. The header font is determined by the table style.
You can include a table for your document one of two ways:
1. Insert > Table from the Insert ribbon tab and select how many rows and columns you need. After inserting your blank
table, select the entire table (click in the table and choose Layout > Select > Select table from the ribbon tab), click on
the Paragraph down arrow from the Home ribbon tab, and change the Spacing After from 12 pt to 0 pt. This ensures
that the table will not have extra blank space between rows.
2. Select the table above (click in the table and choose Layout > Select > Select table from the ribbon tab), copy the table,
and paste it to the location in the document where it belongs. If you choose this option you will not need to worry
about the Space After settings for the table as you in step 1 above.
The table style in this template will auto-stripe (band) the rows automatically (odd rows striped, even rows white). The header
row will repeat across pages if the table goes to more than one page. The table is formatted to center the entire table
horizontally across the page margins. As you add/delete columns it will automatically re-center. You will also need to add a
blank paragraph immediately after the table and style it with FT Body 10.5 No Space After.
FT Body 10.5 No Space After – This paragraph and style combination should be put after a table to ensure a blank line
between the table and the text that begins immediately below if that paragraph is other than a title or heading (e.g., a
standard paragraph) (excludes the “space after” a standard paragraph)
