        SAVE THE PROJECT
        7BReference guide documents are saved to Finance Team M365 shared Documents folder and in the Reference Guide Project >
        Guides and Job Aids folder:

           •  26BDocuments for external audiences (to the Finance team) are stored in the Division folder.
           •  27BDocuments internal to the Finance team are stored in the Internal Finance Team folder.

        8BWithin these folders are additional folders for saving the document based on the topic.
















        The project file you create should be:

         1.    Saved in the same location as the Word documents (both the main document and the cover document) used to create
               the project, and

         2.    Named the same as the main Word document.


        Select File > Save Project As from the menu to save your project file.


                       FlipBuilder may suggest a file name with “_Neat” (or something similar) at the end. Delete these extra
                       characters so the project name matches the main document name in Word. Once you have saved the file
                       for the first time, if further changes are made you can save by selecting File > Save Project.

        PUBLISHING THE PROJECT TO THE FLIPBUILDER SERVER

        Now that your project is created, it must be published to the FlipBuilder servers for viewing via a web browser. To publish
        your project:

         1.    If you are not logged into the FlipBuilder server, select Online > Login from the menu to login. Enter the email address
               and password and click Login. If you are already logged in, step to the next step.
