OVERVIEW

This guide provides the standard Finance team column format for the Emory Business Intelligence (EBI) Revenue and Expense
Transaction Detail Report. This format can be used for a number of purposes, including to promote consistency in transaction
detail output. The Finance team Power BI data model is built using these standard columns for transaction detail.

COLUMNS TO INCLUDE IN THE STANDARD OUTPUT

The standard Finance team revenue and expense transaction detail contains 56 columns from the Table View of the EBI
Revenue & Expense Transaction Detail report. These 56 columns are a subset of the approximately 110 columns contained in
this report.

The columns included in the standard listing, in the order in which they are contained in the EBI Table View:

• GL Business Unit Id
• GL Business Unit Desc
• Operating Unit
• Journal Source
• Account Code
• Account
• Account Class
• Account Group
