Nancy Peterson
CR Anderson Middle School, formerly Kessler Elementary School
I had Mrs. Peterson in both fourth and fifth grade at Kessler Elementary School. She sparked her students’ love for science and English through unique and engaging activities. I struggled a lot
with focusing in elementary school due to my ADD, but Mrs. Peterson switched things up frequently enough that she held my interest.
She allowed me to have the time and space to be creative, while
also providing structure through deadlines. Mrs. Peterson made
me believe I could do anything I set my mind to, and thanks to her continued support, I have done just that.
